What is the SEDA Design Center?
The Decorative Emporium is where buyers review their home
plans with our Design Coordinator. You will make your personal selections
for your new homes interior and exterior, all in the warm
and relaxing atmosphere of our 1900 square foot showroom. Click here for more details.
When will I get to make my Home Personalization appointment?
The Design Coordinator will call you to schedule your appointment approximately
3-4 weeks from the time you sign your contract and all necessary paperwork is completed.
What will I do during my appointment?
You will review the house placement on the lot, review contract ptions
and how they relate to the floor plan and color selections for the
interior and exterior.

The design center is located at our Corporate Office location:

Can I visit the Design Center before my Personalization appointment?
Your sales agent will be happy to accompany you to show you through and
answer any questions, or you may come just to browse. We just ask
that you call ahead to ensure the showroom is available at (904) 724-7800.
How long will I have to choose my interior selections?
Home Personalization appointments will last approximately three hours.
Will I be able to move walls, windows, etc. in the floor plan I selected?
Yes you can, but any changes requested are subject to approval by
SEDA Construction Company and will have a charge associated with them.

Can I supply my own appliances?

Can I do my own work in the home (framing,wiring, tile, etc.) while
the home is being constructed?
No. It is SEDA Construction Company's policy to not allow this as
it would prohibit us from controlling and monitoring the quality
of your new home. |
