SEDA Unveils New Community in Nassau County

SEDA New Homes, one of Jacksonville’s largest locally owned home builders, is unveiling their newest community in Nassau County, Woodbrier.

Conveniently located off of Old Nassauville Road, just west of the Intracoastal Waterway bridge, Woodbrier offers homeowners all of the benefits of living in Fernandina Beach or Amelia Island, but at a more affordable price point. 

Homes in Woodbrier start in the $190’s with both one and two-story plans available. There are 15 plans to choose from with square footages that range from 1,575 sq. ft. to over 2,800 sq. ft.

SEDA Unveils the Almeria Model Home at Flora Parke

SEDA New Homes, one of Jacksonville’s largest locally owned and operated home builders, has recently unveiled a new model home at Flora Parke in Fernandina.

“The model features all of latest design trends,” says Linda Semanik of SEDA New Homes. “We feel people will enjoy the open floor plan and exceptional features.”

The model home is the Almeria D, which has approximately 3,057 sq. ft. of living space with soaring 12’ ceilings in the main living area and a 3rd car garage.
