Conveniently located off of Old Nassauville Road, just west of the Intracoastal Waterway bridge, Woodbrier offers homeowners all of the benefits of living in Fernandina Beach or Amelia Island, but at a more affordable price point.
Homes in Woodbrier start in the $190’s with both one and two-story plans available. There are 15 plans to choose from with square footages that range from 1,575 sq. ft. to over 2,800 sq. ft.
“We also have homes ready now and home under construction for buyers that need to move quickly,” says Linda Semanik of SEDA New Homes.
This quaint community of only 65 homesites is very private, with only one way in and out of the community.
“Buyers will love how peaceful and serene Woodbrier is,” says Semanik. “There are many lakefront homesites and there is a large park in the center of the community.”
SEDA New Homes, one of Jacksonville’s largest locally owned and operated home builders, has recently unveiled a new model home at Flora Parke in Fernandina.
“The model features all of latest design trends,” says Linda Semanik of SEDA New Homes. “We feel people will enjoy the open floor plan and exceptional features.”
The model home is the Almeria D, which has approximately 3,057 sq. ft. of living space with soaring 12’ ceilings in the main living area and a 3rd car garage. This 3-bedroom, 3 bath home also has a study and a large 19’ x 14’ guest bedroom suite/ bonus room located upstairs with its own sitting area, full bath and kitchen space.
“This has proven to be one of our most popular plans,” says Semanik. “Most buyers today enjoy the open floor plan concept and this plan delivers.”
The gourmet kitchen is the heart of this home, with a large island that seats six, an alcove with a bar sink and wine chiller, a cooktop range with a stainless steel hood, a wall oven and stunning granite countertops and a subway tile backsplash. The kitchen is open to the gathering room, creating an extensive space for entertaining.
